There are still some changes going on with the Layout. The Mario Party game pages now have their logos and the Character pages are also coming in so expect some more changes throughout the week.

The 2nd anniversary of The Super Mario Party Site has finally come! As you can see, we have a new layout to celebrate the occasion. With the new green theme we are planning to have the Character pages return along with Menu Links with images. The Forum also got a new green theme. To start out the anniversary we have a few stats for the last 2 years of the SMPS :

Unique Visitors : Number of people who have visited the site at least once in that month

Number of Visitors : Number of times people have visited the site in that month

Pages : the number of pages opened in that month

Hits : The number of all files opened within that month

Bandwidth : The amount of space used when viewing the site in that month.

The first year of the SMPS : 2008. Since the first month in January we have seen steady increase in traffic and activity. The number of unique visitors each month increasingly grew each month until August where we see the highest number of unique visitors in that month. August was also the highest for number of visits and pages viewed. July, however, was the highest for total number of hits and the highest usage of bandwidth. In all, the summer was the highest in activity for 2008. Now for some fun facts for 2008 :

The second year of the SMPS : 2009. When we restarted the Forum in late December, it really sparked some activity and the results show that in January. As soon as February came around, things slowed down until we got back to the summer in June where the numbers begin to grow once again. From August to November we see tremendous increases each month leading to November which had more than triple the unique visitors compared to January of that year. Of course this is also when we began to reach the bandwidth limits and the Forum would be down for days gaining much less. In December, we yet again were done for more than half the month and the results reflect that. Here some fun facts for the year of 2009 :

There is a contest going on at DSi-XL.co.uk for a free DSi XL for Nintendo websites. All you have to do is vote for your favorite website by going to the Comments and putting in the name of the website and you can also put in a description but that is not required.

So help us out at The Super Mario Party Site for voting for us. If we somehow manage to win, we will have our own contest for our own members to get the DSi XL.
